Stage 1.

First and most importantly we want to understand from you what your ideas, requirements and your vision is for your residence or for a potential property that you consider to purchase.

You might want to understand an opportunity and constraint of a property before your purchase it or you require a functional design solution to your existing residence or want a new built - we want to hear from you and capture everything in a so called design brief. This brief assists us in the process of setting a framework to work with - as well as the constraints the site offers and the relevant Council’s regulations and planning restrictions of course.

We want to work together with you to ensure that we can capture best your design objectives in form of concept design plans and 3d massing model or imagery, depending what suits your project best to describe our solution.

Stage 2.

In this stage we will outline to you the successful process that is required to get from your preferred concept design plans to the completion of your vision.

We will provide a comprehensive costing of our fee set for each step in this process and advise which other Consultants are required along the way to have your project successfully delivered within your budget.

You will be able to compare selected builders’ prices and quality in the Tender Process so that you can make an informed decision which builder to engage for your vision to come to life. We understand that your project might be your greatest financial asset. Therefore you should enjoy the flexibility and freedom to make the right choice for your vision.
